We left and went to visit another attraction in Bossier City. When questioning when we could check-in we were told that they didn't have a time and that we would just have to come back. Upon arriving we were told that early check-in was not guaranteed and that our rooms were not ready yet (requested 2 rooms on same floor).
Prior to arriving at hotel we contacted them about check-in time and we told we could have early check-in at noon. We booked two rooms for my wife, myself and another family member.
